SETTING THE SCENE
LEO Spiked Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 1.5 oz. Dark chocolate bar, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup milk
- Mini marshmallows
- Add 1 shot of espresso for a morning jolt, or a shot of Irish cream and whiskey for an after dinner drink.
Briefly heat chopped chocolate in saucepan over low heat. When chocolate begins to melt, slowly add milk and bring heat to medium.
Continually whisk milk and chocolate until well blended and warm, approx. 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add more milk if desired, plus espresso or Irish cream & whiskey.
Serve in a mug with mini marshmallows.
