Earth Day Cocktail

When it comes to sustainability, we like to put our money where our mouth is. We also like to put a little tequila where our mouth is (any day, really). Hence, we offer you the perfect Earth Day cocktail. Of course, to make an Earth Day cocktail you need an earth-friendly tequila. This one is from Mijenta—the artisanal small batch tequila from the highlands of Jalisco crafted with a commitment to environmental sustainability and support for its local community. Focusing on the traditions of Mexican culture, the brand’s ingredients include fully mature certified Blue Weber Agave from Mexico’s Maguey pants, which are grown in deep red clay soil and are only harvested at their ripest. Here’s to redefining the ole concept of ‘drinking responsibly.’

  • 1.5 oz Mijenta Blanco tequila
  • .5 oz of Blue Curacao
  • .5 oz pineapple juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz vanilla Horchata

  1. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
  2. Garnish with moss, dry ice and micro flowers
