The Edit with Ryan Reynolds

Some seem to be born missing that “I can’t do this” button that stops so many of us from turning, say,  a rom-com film career into an empire that consists of 1. Becoming a movie star 2. Becoming a movie star by finally taking the reins and (at least a good chunk of) creative control on your films by either co-writing and/or producing them yourself 3. Becoming a stake holder and taking creative control of your own gin company, in this case Aviation Gin, which was recently sold for a whopping 600 million dollars 4. Becoming a stake holder and taking creative control of your own cell phone company, in this case Mint Mobile, which is now valued at, um, 600 million dollars 5. Ensuring said films, gins, phone companies and pretty much everything else turn to gold by infusing them with your own brand of sardonic wit by 6. Starting your own marketing company, aptly titled Maximum Effort after Deadpool’s favorite catchphrase, but might as well be named after this show of seemingly endless drive 7. Making it all look like a helluva lot of fun by doing things like buying a Welsh football club (Wrexham A.F.C.) with a likeminded buddy (actor Rob McElhenney) you met on Instagram 8. Being super Canadian about it all by being the nicest guy in the room and the first big name celebrity to always step up during a global disaster by donating millions to said cause and finally 9. Just overall winning at life by being an awesome dad to three awesome kids with the powerhouse Blake Lively. Oh and 10. Let’s not forget, despite all this, managing to keep a very private profile that somehow makes audiences feel like they’re in on your life by being just hilarious and adorbs on social media, but really joke’s on you cause we don’t really know shit about Ryan Reynold’s private life. And to be sure, that’s just how he likes it.

In between inadvertently making us feel like we missed a class in Life Manifestation and, you know, panache, he took the time to answer our 10 Questions.
